KidzToPros has been reimagining enrichment programs for elementary and middle school students for over six years. We deliver high-quality, out-of-school learning programs in STEM, arts, and sports working with public and private schools. Our programs provide opportunities for children of every background to learn new skills, develop critical connections, and have fun. From after-school programs, summer camps, and coding boot camps, KidzToPros has taught over 1,000,000 curriculum hours to more than 35,000 students in more than 400 schools across the U.S. We are looking for a high-energy Talented Corporate Recruiter professional to join our team. You will own the full cycle recruitment process for corporate level job openings across the KidzToPros brand portfolio. The right person will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, can handle ambiguity, and work quickly and effectively across all corporate functions. You are a collaborative team-player, a relationship-builder and have a passion for finding great talent!



Responsibilities: 
Enter details of all new contracts into database. 
Work alongside our Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Coordinator to source, attract and retain top talent for
open corporate roles across our brand portfolio. 
Proactively identify ways to source passive candidates using LinkedIn and other social sites. 
Introduce new and innovative ways to engage talent for hard to fill roles. 
Actively source, prescreen candidates, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers. 
Work with hiring managers to define and understand their needs, align on a plan to recruit, manage the hiring
process, review, and analyze resumes, provide search updates, and hire the best talent for the team. 
Ensure a phenomenal candidate experience by providing clear communication with candidates throughout the
interview process. 
Fine-tune and tweak the recruiting operations and processes, making recommendations for improvement. 
Promote the internal and external hiring process including marketing the position, sourcing and identifying talent,
candidate selection, communicating with applicants, managing the interview process, and negotiating offers. 
Source candidates using LinkedIn, networking, social media channels and stays current on recruitment trends. 
Participate in or lead key strategic HR initiatives such as employer branding, recruitment marketing, DEI.

Preferred Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent level of education and experience working within the corporate setting. 
4+ years of full life-cycle recruitment in a fast-growing fast-paced environment. 
Proficient in MS Office suite of products with advanced PowerPoint proficiency. 
Strong business writing skills and flexibility with work hours are preferred.

 History of offering creative solutions around gaps, deficiencies, compensation challenges, and more.
 Strong command of HR and recruitment metrics, and the ability to translate date into useful stories.
 Effective verbal and written communicator.
 Experience with different ATS tools, Workable is a bonus.
 Experienced with LinkedIn sourcing and other sourcing tools.
 Skilled in Google Suite, Zoom Video, Task management systems, Slack, or the ability to become familiar with company-
specific programs and software.
 General computer skills including working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 Self-starter, independent thinker; ability to make decisions.
 Ability to work independently.
