NaphCare has an exceptional opportunity for a Corporate Trainer to join our healthcare team at the corporate office in Birmingham, AL.

The Corporate Trainer is responsible for training our Administrative Assistants located at our sites across the country as they are hired and conduct regular follow up trainings as needed. Some travel might be required to train new Administrative Assistants or assist with new site setups as needed.


Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED certificate with a minimum of 3-5 year clerical experience, healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Training experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact positively with staff and the management team.
  • Possess the ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Position Duties:

  • Maintain progress reports for annual projects.
  • Organize and prioritize large volumes of information.
  • Work independently and with a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
  • Develop, revise and distribute administrative training materials across all sites.
  • Develop, revise and facilitate administrative training to AA, DON, AHSA and HSA staff across all sites to include eTIME, Taleo, New Hire Process, Authorization Forms and UM.
  • Conduct post training follow-up to ensure training comprehension and implementation of newly acquired competencies.
  • Review submitted paperwork from sites to determine skills gaps and additional training needs, and schedule training refreshers when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate logs of conducted training sessions and attendees.
  • Effectively communicate changes in administrative policy and procedure, when assigned, to appropriate staff across all sites.
  • Serve as administrative support and point-of-contact to sites.
