Job description

Corrosion Engineer

The Corrosion Engineer determines ways to repair or prevent corrosion on industrial machinery.

Equipment Management (Including piping, static equipment, rotating equipment, instrument, electricity equipment, DCS and analyzers)

Equipment abnormal analysis and improvement to reduce equipment failure rate.

Equipment integrity analysis and improvement to increase operation stability.

Establish equipment stability KPI, VOC reduction improvement, corrosion improvement, AI project, Piping/equipment RBMI, rotation equipment RCM and instrument RBI.

Whole plant Equipment inspection and improvement.

Maintain and control equipment drawings.

RBMI corrosion analysis, corrosion control manual establish, failure mechanism analysis, leakage/VOC emission/process corrosion root cause analysis and improvement.

Turnaround planning and execution tracking.

New construction project and equipment renew planning and execution tracking.

Demolishment planning and execution for mothball equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
