Kett Engineering is seeking a Corrosion Test Coordinator to work at our customer's automotive proving ground in Maricopa, AZ.

Role Summary:
This individual assists in the coordination of Corrosion/Weathering test data and other aspects of Corrosion/Weathering testing. The duties include working with other members of the Corrosion/Weathering Department to facilitate all aspects of test reporting from creation to final distribution.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in preparation of paperwork and documents based on provided information of new Corrosion/Weathering test cars.
• Assist in preparation and organization of necessary paperwork for cars before, during, and after the test (i.e. apply car ID stickers, key tags, create new file folders, books, etc.).
• Enter raw test result information into Database.
• Assist in providing required Database information for inspection to the Evaluators and customers.
• Assist in distributing test results according to designated distribution list.
• Assist in maintaining the Corrosion/Weathering customer distribution list.
• Assist in maintaining the Fuel database for all Corrosion/Weathering vehicles.
• File documents and reports (Mini Documents, Customer information) of Corrosion/Weathering test vehicles in appropriate Data Book.
• Maintain supply room with organization of essential materials.
• Assist Evaluators to facilitate all aspects of reporting, from creation to final distribution.
• Assist Engineers to facilitate prompt distribution of information.
• Provide information to co-workers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Provide support to the Corrosion/Weathering manager, and Engineering staff when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining all data retention requirements.
• Perform additional duties as required or requested.

Requirements:
Education- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Associates degree or equivalent from accredited education institute preferred.

Skills/Experience- Proficient and/or very experienced in Excel, Word, Access, PDF creation, Outlook, HTML, and advanced internet research. Able to work within a windows environment, creating, saving and moving files and folders, between drives. Able to create and maintain database tables and queries. Ability to understand, modify and troubleshoot Access databases. Able to create Excel reports and documents, retrieving information from database tables and queries. Understand and organize using basic filing principles. Mechanical aptitude, Digital Photography, and German language skills desired.

Physical Requirements- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Job requires sitting, standing, and bending for approximately 6-8 hours on a daily basis. Must be flexible and available to work overtime and odd hours, including some weekends and Holidays. Ability to pass drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 per hour
