Family Intervention Crisis Services of Blair County -- A social service agency that provides services within the child welfare system. We are currently hiring in the FP (Family Preservation) program. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and does include nights and weekends as needed to meet the needs of families. Within the agency there is a focus on self-growth and a team approach to foster support for one another and to offer effective interventions to our clients so they can make necessary changes. Staff are offered trauma informed specific training with opportunity for a clinical certification. Bachelor’s degree in social service field preferred but will consider experience as well. Services are provided in person at the agency, in the home, and/or at a placement location so you must live in Central Pennsylvania. This position is salary and we offer medical/dental/vision insurance (at a low cost to the employee) as well as paid time off following a 90 day probationary period. We also offer a travel and a company cell phone or a cell phone stipend. A 401K is offered after one year of employment with a company match and a Life Insurance policy is also offered.
