As the Counter Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead a sales team to meet and exceed their monthly goals while providing excellent customer service using our proven Fox sales process
- Lead and build the team through recruiting, training, and guiding the team to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals
- Weekly/daily coaching and mentorship to the sales team
Requirements:
- Three or more years of proven sales experience and leadership in a competitive sales environment
- Strong relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience organizing, implementing, and maintaining sales goals while meeting deadlines and multi-tasking
- Must possess a valid drivers license with a safe driving record
