One Federal Solution is hiring a Counterintelligence Analyst to support our Federal Government client in the Washington, DC area.
JOB TASKS & DUTIES

JOB TASKS & DUTIES
- Active TS/SCI preferred, or must be eligible for TS/SCI clearance
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in the counterintelligence field required
- Foreign language (any) skill preferred, but not required
- Support the Personnel Security Division’s vetting mission when a counterintelligence nexus exists in an individual’s background
- Must be able to analyze derogatory information found within an individual’s background and provide a risk assessment based on the information discovered
- Must be willing and available to respond to critical incidences in a timely manner
- Conduct threat briefings for senior leadership
- Must be a critical and analytical thinker
- Be an expert in various global regions, particularly regions that are hostile toward the US Government
- Conduct regular research on geopolitical climate and trends, techniques, and procedures of hostile foreign intelligence services
- Attend counterintelligence conferences, meetings, and briefings, as necessary
- Attend regular counterintelligence training
- Write risk and threat assessments, sometimes with a short turnaround, for senior leadership to be used in decision making
- Conduct agency-wide counterintelligence training
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong report writing skills
- Must be comfortable presenting to senior leadership or large audiences
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision
- Must be organized
