As a Crew Member, you will report to the Supervisor/Assistant Manager and be on the front lines serving our customers, performing cashier duties, preparing great-tasting sandwiches and leaving a positive and lasting impression on our customers about what Which Wich Superior Sandwiches is all about.

We welcome 16 year old and 17 year old applicants as well as others that may be older with experience in fast food restaurants or food service.

Compensation:

Total compensation up to $14 per hour depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Skills/Qualifications:
• Must read, communicate and understand English as it relates to the job and safety regulations
• Must be able to follow directions
• Working Conditions:
• This position requires the ability to perform the basic functions of the job which include but are not limited to:
• Working shifts up to 8 hrs a day. Shifts are normally 4-6 hours.
• Using equipment such as utensils, knives, brooms, mops, etc.
• Must be able to tolerate brief extremes in temperature (hot and cold) when working in walk-in freezers and around ovens and sinks
• Manoeuvring around for extended periods of time on hard surface
• Must be able to lift and move boxes, sweep and mop
• Lifting up 15 lbs frequently, 25 lbs occasionally
• Food service: 1 year (Preferred but not mandatory)
