CSR - Customer Service Representative

Come join a very busy award-winning, highly rated Plumbing Company based out of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, servicing all of Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County, and some of Los Angeles County.. We are very busy and in urgent need of more skillful CSRS/ dispatchers. We are a reputable, honest, and hardworking company that takes pride in delivering great service.
As a Csr/ dispatcher the focus is to answer all incoming customer service requests and book as many qualifying leads as possible. Answering over 50 requests daily, respond to messages, identifying plumbing problems customers within minutes is key. You must be able to qualify calls, prioritize service requests, give customers the best service experience, learn our service area, our call types, and send the right technician to the right call.
The personality of a great customer care representatives loves to help others, and is an expert at problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Answer a very high call volume of incoming calls
- Dispatch service technicians to jobs , using dispatch for profit methods
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Be a great problem solver & a master at time management.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer and technician complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, and process customer accounts
- Follow company scripts and booking procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to continuously learn plumbing and skill set of each technician.

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
