I. OBJECTIVE:

• Conduct, update/gather customer database demographic information via wrap or telephone accurately and timely.
• Apply new/renewal subscription order information to individual subscription records.
• Be versatile with various programs/projects for updating appropriate information.
• Conduct, update/gather and enter by way of various projects with accurate information.
• Other duties as assigned.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet and maintain production standards

o Phone: Minimum 30 dials per hour (it is expected less dials with increased updates but more dials with decreased updates)
o Phone: Dial continuously without excessive time (1+ minutes) between dials
o Wrapper: Minimum 25 entered per hour (length of mail piece taken into consideration)

• Follow provided scripts for the current call list
• Maintain quality assurance standards as set forth

o Phone: Minimum 97% accuracy of information gathered and entered.
o Wrapper: Minimum 97% accuracy on information entered.

• Meet and maintain production standards for ALL projects

o Minimum 30 dials per hour
o Minimum 97% accuracy of information gathered and entered.

• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• To keep staff informed of any system changes or problems
• To work scheduled hours (97+% of scheduled hours)

III. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient verbal skills
• Basic keyboarding required and 10 key experience is preferred
• Some farming background is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
