Job description
- Prepare all food according to standardized recipes, nutrition requirements, and food safety guidelines
- Work in a variety of food production areas, including dining rooms, public areas and other nourishment areas while following food safety standards, infection control and PPE procedures and guidelines
- Handle food products and food waste in both patient and retail environments
- Maintain and operate food equipment in a safe manner
- Keep equipment and area clean, sanitized, restocked and in good working condition.
Required Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of one year of culinary experience.
- Must be able to read and write English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Prefer obtainment of current University of Missouri Food Handler’s Certificate within one month of employment.
- Additional licensure/certification requirements as deptermined by hiring department.
