Job Opening – Curtainwall Project Manager with Pioneer Cladding & Glazing Systems in Cleveland, OH

As a Project Manager with Pioneer, you will initiate and monitor all project activities including schedules, spending, material acquisition and delivery, engineering, manufacturing, and installation to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned construction projects. You will demonstrate a sufficient understanding of requirements on assigned projects to effectively manage the score of the project. You will also complete material take-offs and estimate the cost of materials, labor, and equipment associated with the assigned project. You will be required to gather information necessary to complete submittal packages and issue equipment and building permits to meet project deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will have:

• College Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project management is preferred
• Experience with custom curtain wall systems / unitized wall systems / structural glass wall systems / or architectural metal panels is preferred
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Experience with MS Project or any other project management software is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and have successfully worked in a fast-paced environment
