WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a member of the Custodial & Maintenance Team, the Custodian/Maintenance Tech will maintain a clean and safe environment for employees and customers. Will also do maintenance work such as occasional snow removal, transportation of parts and supplies between buildings, and miscellaneous facilities repairs. Other expectations may include:

• Pick up trash, sweep, mop, & vacuum
• Use industrial cleaning equipment to clean floors
• Clean and stock bathrooms and wash windows
• Make sure building is secure, and safety procedures are followed
• Follow all EPA and OSHA guidelines
• Snow removal as needed
• Deliver parts and supplies between buildings
• Miscellaneous custodial and/or maintenance work as needed

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• Previous Janitorial or Custodial experience for a large facility such as a warehouse, school district, airport, shopping center, etc.
• Some Facilities Maintenance experience is helpful
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean driving record
• Experience using a variety of hand tools
• Able to work as part of a team with a great attitude
• High standards for following instructions, detailed work, and work quality
• Able to stand for extended periods and move about the facility as needed
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
