Woodmont is seeking a hardworking, dependable individual to perform all the janitorial duties for our beautiful apartment community in El Dorado Hills. This position requires an individual to clean all exterior common areas, such as: stairways, pool areas, carports, laundry rooms, offices, and models daily. This position may also require painting as well as the use of backpack blowers and power washers.

We require:
Pass background checks and drug screening.
Proven reliability.
