TBL Services, a leading Logistics Consulting Company, has an outstanding career opportunity for a Customer Care Support position. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The Customer Care Support position will be responsible for directly supporting the Client Relations Department. Responsible for working with customers on their shipping or receiving a shipment using different carriers to handle transportation. Working with carriers to book, track, confirm delivery, and handle any issues that may arise during a shipment of products for the customer. Communicate directly with carriers, customers, and internal management to ensure a reliable high service level and resolve daily transportation-related issues. Must update computer system on all carrier shipments.
Responsibilities:
· Monthly reports. Discussing reports with customers and working on solutions to meet their goals
· Maintaining the Carrier's Certificate of Liability Insurance forms
· Spot Quote Requests from customers: Expedited, Truckload, flatbed, etc.
· Routing and Carrier assignments for customers.
· Managing TBL's customer accounts: tracking shipments and contacting carriers to receive updates and resolving any shipping issues.
· Entering and managing carrier pro numbers and other carrier information into TBL systems.
· Track and confirm deliveries in DeliverNow
· Answering phones; ability to work both independently and with a team; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once; and have
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Assist in booking, entering, tracing booking, and tracing loads (pickup & delivery confirmation, calling carrier to trace shipments).
Job Requirements:

- Ability to learn quickly and find solutions for day-to-day problems.
- Excellent computer & telephone skills.
- Experience with Microsoft software applications.
- Detailed oriented.
- Trustworthy with confidential information and matters. Excellent moral and ethical standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1.00 per hour
