PRODUCT OWNER – Honda Enterprise Leads Management

- In this role, you will be the product owner for Honda’s Enterprise Lead Management system (HELMS) leading an Agile Product Team.
- HELMS serves customers, Honda & Acura dealers, and internal users by matching linking consumers shopping for our products to our selling dealers. Leads are captured, curated, enhanced, and shared.
- Systems in play include Salesforce (chiefly Sales Cloud), dealer Customer Relationship Management tools, and Honda proprietary systems.
At Honda, our associates take pride in their responsibilities. A typical day as the Product Owner of HELMS will include:
- Develop, lead, and deliver innovative business initiatives benefiting customers, dealers, and associates so support sales and customer satisfaction.
- Represent and advocate for your Product in strategic planning, product development and solution management. Ensure alignment with key operating objectives in stakeholder Honda Business Units (chiefly Honda and Acura auto sales and marketing teams).
- Establish and achieve product Key Performance Indicators. Provide data and results to stakeholders to support their business goals (ex: dealer lead management performance KPIs).
- Lead a Product Team comprised of a scrum master, business analyst, and technical/IT personnel. Collaborate with internal colleagues and stakeholders in both business and IT, and with shared resource teams including developers and testers. Manage the product budget and resource allocation.
- Using a common Sprint cycle, deliver Product releases monthly to ensure user-satisfaction, achievement of product goals, and product health.
We are looking for qualified people with diverse backgrounds and experiences, open minds, and a disciplined work ethic. To bring the future to Honda as a Product Owner, you must have:
- BA/BS in Business, IT, or related work experience
- 1-3 years experience with Salesforce; Commerce Cloud is a plus.
- 5 years experience in product delivery working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Agile/Scrum experience highly desired.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Proven success in the development and delivery of user-facing tools and technology, inter-company communication, and achievement of dates and deliverables.
- Auto industry experience is a plus.
- Working with CRM tools a plus.
- AHM values defined expertise and certifications. Candidates without Agile/Scrum certification or Salesforce product certification can access company-support for training and certification costs.

- Competitive base salary: $104,900 to $157,400 (ay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, etc.)
