WinnCompanies is looking for a Customer Relations Representative to join our team at Indian Wells Villas, located in Indians Wells, CA. This role would be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and act as the first point of contact at the apartment community.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and provide receptionist coverage
  • Provide administrative support including occupancy management and annual recertification support
  • Anticipate the needs of our residents, listen to resident concerns, log, and send to the appropriate contacts to be rectified
  • Conduct site walks and monitor property amenities and aesthetics, paying close attention to detail
  • Greet guests and guide them to appropriate contact
  • Decisions are based on specific instructions, standard practices and established procedures which generally require little or no supervision.
  • Problem Solving is routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures and by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Work is monitored by supervisor/manager. General instructions and procedures are provided.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of related work experience, preferably in hospitality, customer service or property management
  • A high attention to detail, problem solving skills, and decision making
