Job Classification:
Operations - Insurance OperationsThe Customer Service Associate will have responsibility to respond directly to complainants and participants.
Role will require creation of complaint records, updating and maintain complaint records based on established procedures and required time frames. Daily work assignments may vary depending on incoming work volumes and daily production needs. More specifically, responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Analyzing and completing all incoming inquiries & complaints
- Processing records within the Prudential Profile System (PPS) and other enterprise systems, to create and complete complaint records
- Rerouting misdirected correspondence to the appropriate Business Unit
- Thorough research of company records related to complaints
- Facilitating responses to complainant, participant and/or regulators
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to review and identify key information needed into the Prudential Profile System (PPS) and enterprise systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate.
- Well organized and capable of responding to shifting priorities
- Ability to learn a variety of processes and procedures and adapt to meet capacity needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook
- Additional project work may also be assigned, as needed
- Occasional overtime may be required
- This position has a residency requirement of 1 year
Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. Salary range specific to Colorado: $42,200 - $57,100 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
