Corrigan Moving Systems is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to help support the logistics, special services and commercial relocation clients at our Rochester, NY location. This would be a full-time, onsite position.

Corrigan Moving Systems was established in 1929 and is an award-winning, professional, full-service moving and warehouse storage company. Corrigan is the largest moving company headquartered in Michigan, with several locations throughout Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, and Pennsylvania.

A Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, managing details of our clients’ projects, and keeping everyone informed of the logistics process.

Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

· Scheduling Transportation – Work with our clients to schedule the appropriate form of transportation based on their need.

· Work with Partnering Companies – Work with partnering companies in different states throughout the U.S. to schedule and manage jobs.

· Support Commercial Sales Consultant – Work directly with the salesman of each job to schedule the appropriate manpower and resources based on each jobs’ parameters.

· Communication - Communicate regularly with client, sales, crew members, and operations team both verbally and electronically

· Register Orders – Set up all details of customer’s project in our computer systems.

· Inventory Management – Use Corrigan’s proprietary warehouse management program to receive in, track, and manage inventory and product for new and ongoing logistics projects.

· Logistics Tracking – Work with warehouse staff at our warehouse and warehouses across the U.S. to track, manage, and maintain inventory and delivery schedules of jobs throughout the U.S.

Customer Service Coordinator Qualifications:

· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Requires above average multi-tasking and time management skills

· Quick critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

· Self-motivated, friendly, positive, with a helpful demeanor

· Ability to work and keep up in fast-paced environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Solid computer skills with ability to learn and utilize in-house software

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant experience in the job role

Salary: $42,000.00 - $47,500.00 per year
