We are also looking for someone who can work with custom orders and help customers with those orders. Accurately quote a customer’s needs and convert that quote into an order. Educate customers on our product offering and be able to determine a customers apparel needs and find the right garments and decoration needed. Answer telephones and give information to customers. Maintain our Company professionalism when dealing with customers. Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints. Work the retail store and assist customers with product selection and ordering Other duties as assigned.

We offer custom decorated apparel for small and large customers as well as having a retail store offering local spiritwear. You may also be helping in the retail store helping walk in customers. You must be fast-moving, be able to juggle several things at once-all while maintaining a positive attitude.

You must possess strong work ethics, a high level of integrity, a sense of independence while being held accountable, strong communication skills, and the determination to succeed. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

You must be available between the hours of 9 am and 7 pm during the week and Saturdays 9-4. Hours will be set in advance.

Responsibilities: Create a positive Customer Experience in person, via email and on the phone.

Skills & Qualifications:

Pay depends on your experience and availability. We prefer 1 to 3 years of sales or customer service experience Any experience in the sportswear/t-shirt industry is a HUGE plus but if you are a self motivated, multi-tasking, energetic person-we will train you. Any graphic design, marketing or social media experience is also a plus.

You will be required to pass a drug test and background check. You must be able to lift 50 lbs, have reliable transportation and be self-motivated. If you feel like the above qualifications fit you, please apply in person to either of our retail stores:
