The Customer Service Representative is the first face and voice of Jesus Film Project (JFP) - serving by answering emails and managing a multi-line call system. This role greets and directs staff and guests to appropriate individuals and/or areas, handles financial responsibilities including cashier duties and tracking donations and assists the Guest Relations Manager in conducting tours.

The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:

  • Respond to all incoming emails to the general JFP email account in a timely manner and forward to the correct staff member or respond if able.
  • Answer the multi-line phone calls coming to the general JFP phone number during office hours. Use excellent phone etiquette and take appropriate action, routing calls as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Greet and direct staff and guests to appropriate individuals and/or areas.
  • Perform main cashier duties: assist guests/staff in the in-store check-out process, ring up sales, bag items, request price checks, honor applicable discounts, collect payment and maintain signed receipts.
  • Log all cash/check donations from Tour guests and submit them to the Donations Services team.
  • Maintain inventory, and organize the displayed merchandise and media resources.
  • Conduct the Jesus Film Project Tour as needed.
  • Perform various administrative duties such as inter-office mail distribution, updating documents, filing, ordering general office supplies.

Experience and Skills:
  • Any combination equivalent to two years of college level work AND
  • Two years related experience in office management is required for this position.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
