This role is located On-Site at the American Family National Headquarters. Training can last up to a month and will be 100% on-site and then this role will transition to a hybrid role, working on-site 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
This is an Inbound CSR role. This individual will be taking Agent calls for updates. They will review emails to make sure they have all the details. They will then escalate to the proper team to answer the call if they are unable to assist. They would mainly be in the phones and have scripts that they would be reading or getting the calls to the right team
