Customer Service Representative Position:
Qualifications:
Seeking a detailed oriented individual with superior time management skills. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, have excellent communication and computer skills, the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and complete high priority tasks with accuracy while working in a fast paced small office environment with minimal direct supervision. This is a F/ T position, M- F.
Responsibilities:
- Agent/Client telephone & e-mail support
- Data Entry
- Bi-weekly payment processing
- Report generation
- General clerical duties
