Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Develops good customer service techniques, and knowledge of the company's products and services as well as the competition's strengths/weaknesses.*
• Applies knowledge of company products/services including but not limited to gasoline, diesel, heating oil, propane, etc to efficiently process customer information, and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.*
• Builds and maintains quality relations with customers, and sales on a consistent basis through ongoing determination of customer requirements.*
• Utilizes leads to expand current customer base and follow up all leads promptly.*
• Analyzes customer accounts and promptly make corrections and/or modifications.*
• Accounts Receivable responsibilities as assigned.*
• Processing customer payments for service and products as needed.*
• Traces and expedites late orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.*

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior customer experience preferred. Experience in the fuel delivery or heating industry is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
