Citizens Alliance Agency is hiring a Customer Service Representative with Contracting and Licensing support. The Customer Service Representative’s primary duty is to assist all customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries. This position will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Customer Service Representative will assist managers in policy reviews, renewal declarations, maintaining customer files, and processing online premium payments.

Duties include but not limited to the following:

  • Order policy changes from carriers, update computer system and set follow-up activities. Processes endorsements by checking coverages and update client management systems.
  • Reviews, processes, and summarizes audits. Investigate and correct omitted items on audits and endorsements.
  • Be accountable for account and policy accuracy by ensuring that all customer information as well as items received by carriers are accurate and current including coverage schedules, policies, endorsements, and audits.
  • Assist Risk Managers with Annual policy reviews and with insurance claim process as needed.
  • Maintain, track, and renew producer and agency licenses with each state and each insurance carrier used by Citizens Alliance Agency. This will include assisting with new employee onboarding.
