Expressway Toyota needs to hire a Customer Service Representative to serve as a liaison between Service Advisors and customers to resolve concerns/problems and ensure customer satisfaction. This position will report to the Service and Parts Director, the Service Manager, and the General Sales Manager. Ideal candidates must have Customer Service experience and an empathic character with GREAT People Skills to be able listen to customers concerns and solve their situation. Responsibilities / Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare and distribute daily customer satisfaction reports to the other managers
  • Research and close customer satisfaction cases thru Toyota’s platform
  • Run daily survey invitation list.
  • Contact customers, confirm their experience and ask them to fill out reviews and surveys via cell phone or tablet.
  • Resolve any hot alerts within the timeframe Toyota allows.
  • Work with all the managers to head off any potential customer concerns.
  • Interact with the service and sales customer while they are here in the dealership, so they feel welcomed.
  • Manage the cashiers and cover when necessary.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Representative and automotive dealership experience is HUGE PLUS!
  • Candidates must be empathetic, strong willed and have the ability to navigate adversity
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • Must be empathic and listen to customer concerns, in order to resolve their situation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
