  Description: Being the primary point of contact between customers and manufacturing team. Processing customer orders promptly and accurately. Preparing all documents using clear, concise instructions to minimize errors in all departments. Prioritizing, organizing, and balancing a continuously shifting workload. Functioning as part of a team whose goal is to obtain, process, produce, and ship a perfect product within deadlines requested by our customers.

 Job Type: Full-time; Onsite in Washington, MO
   Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday; Overtime as required
  
 
  
  
   Starting Pay: $16.50/hour with pay increase at 6 and 12 months following favorable evaluations
  
 
 
  Experience/General requirements:
 
 
 - A minimum of two years customer service or call center experience
- Excellent spelling plus exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, internet and email
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Outgoing and team oriented
