SUMMARY:

Perry Ellis International is looking for an individual who is energetic, self-motivated and has a passion for providing excellent Customer Service to support the Golf division in conjunction with our ecom retail business. This position is varied & not your traditional high volume call center environment. The role is multifaceted and involves working with Golf Shop/Resort owners, Tour Players, supporting our external Sales representatives, Callaway Executives with Order requests & Support Logo development. Truly a good learning experience for a newcomer wanting to get their foot in the door at Perry Ellis and wants to learn the A-Z of our business process flow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists specialty stores with any requests they may have such as taking re-orders, checking availability, requesting an extension, status of orders, copying of invoices, issuing credit memos, returning authorizations.
  • Assists salesmen with various assignments such as run reports, taking re-orders, check availability, requests extension, status of orders, etc.
  • Works closely with SVP of Sales
  • Handles major accounts; these customers are either contacted via email or phone
  • Signs off on orders that require entry, sends paperwork to Miami for entry or modifications, checks orders after entered
  • Works closely with the following departments on a daily basis: credit, shipping, billing (order entry) and allocation.
  • Responsible for Web order entered by sales and enters orders thru Sowes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree a plus!
  • Customer Service experience (retail or call center)
  • Person must speak fluent english (excellent phone, verbal, written skills).
