Position Summary: The Customer Care Representative is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with Tundraland customers. The representative must be able to respond appropriately to inquiries, make decisions based on available data, and help create solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make customer service follow up calls
• Manage all customer feedback
• Assist clients that have placed orders
• Update costumer files with accuracy
• Maintain documentation of all phone calls
• Return customer calls regarding warranty registration, as needed
• Ensure each customer is 100% satisfied

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years call center or customer service experience desired
• Computer and keyboard proficient
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
• High level critical thinking skills
• Solutions-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
