Qualfon Johnstown is actively hiring agents for our Inbound Sales and Customer Service center - which means that customers are contacting you for help. Doing Sales means simply answering calls and helping the customer to decide what products and services they need.

• You must be able to work onsite at 1003 Broad St, #102, Johnstown, PA 15906

What you will be doing

• Answer inbound phone calls, listen, and identify a customer’s need
• Care for your customers by servicing existing accounts, finding out additional needs, and placing orders for any desired services or products
• Apply sales techniques to improve the customers buying experience and exceed customer expectations
• Navigate through 4-7 computer applications while speaking with a customer
• Create concise notes throughout the call while picking appropriate dispositions in 2 computer applications
• Be energized and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, and fun environment
• Maintain composure in escalated situations and resolve with proper techniques

What skills you will need

• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• 18 years of age or older
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently, this position requires navigating through 4-7 computer applications
• Proficiency with Windows PC applications including MS Office and the Internet
• Successfully complete required program testing
• Manages emotions and maintains positive energy
• Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals
• Caring and active listening skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to work onsite between the hours of 8am-10pm ET Monday-Friday; 9am-10pm ET Sat/Sun

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
