• Pay: $17.00-$17.50/hr. + Competitive Incentives!
• Schedule: Monday- Sunday: 6 AM - 11 PM / CST

Job Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative -REMOTE:

• Inbound calling for existing and prospective customers to provide information regarding insurance policy coverage, updates, renewals, etc.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns while demonstrating empathy and building rapport
• Building and maintaining great relationships, rapport, and credibility with clients
• Aiding customers with the overall enrollment process, understanding their overall needs

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative -REMOTE:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 customer service experience
• 1+ year(s) of sales and/or call center experience preferred
