GlowTouch is growing and we are looking for experienced
Customer Service Representatives to join our motivated and ambitious
WORK FROM HOME team.
What Will You Do?
As a
Customer Service Representatives, you will be the front line in providing a remarkable experience for our member and providers. Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering all inbound customer inquiries regarding new and existing member and provider accounts.
Ideal candidates for this position will be outgoing, intelligent, dependable, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company. We are seeking individuals who have outstanding customer service skills and are eager to put a smile into every interaction.
**This position will be Work From Home; however,
you must reside in one of the following areas: San Antonio, TX or Louisville, KY
to be considered**
In this role you will:
- Effectively communicate with customers over the phone and through various electronic channels for accessing account information and product offerings
- Provide extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction
- Follow customers through authentication and call quality standards
- Consistently present a professional image while conveying a positive banking and customer service experience
- Adherence to bank policies and procedures
- Manage your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue
- Maintain current knowledge of and follow all bank policies and procedures while ensuring protection of customer confidentiality and privacy
- Accurately document information exchanged during each call
- Promote products and services; consistently cross-sell products at every opportunity
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are:
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
- Fluent in professional communication
- Previous experience in customer service or sales position, preferably in the banking industry, is a plus
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention-to-detail

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience is required.
Hours: Hours of operation are M-F 8:00am - 11:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm. Schedules are created based on business need in 8 hour shifts.
