Customer Service Specialists

Turf Tek USA (Commack, NY - Showroom) is a leading provider and installer of Residential & Commercial Synthetic Grass and Commercial grade Playgrounds in the Northeast. Receptionist / Sales Assistant opportunity exists as a result of our fast-growing business. If you have the drive, ingenuity, and ability to take a great opportunity to achieve success, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Field, screen and route all incoming phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.

• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors have.

• Provide product and pricing information by clarifying customer requests and answering questions.

• Provide basic quotes to customers as needed.

• Provide sales reports on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

• Mail and track product samples.

• Gather customers reviews via social media.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Receptionist and/or Sales Assistant role is preferred.

• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be attentive to customers’ needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction.

• Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask and be flexible.

• Knowledge of sales standards and customer service routines.

• Must have proficient math skills.

• Computer skills including spreadsheets and database programs.

• Work well with others and be a team player.

• Ability to manage schedules.

• Enthusiastic/get it done attitude.

• Reliable.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
