As a front desk Customer Service Specialist, you will speak to pilots and schedulers in person and on the phone to coordinate flight arrivals and departures, arrange car service and rental cars, book hotel reservations, order catering, process credit card payments, communicate effectively with co-workers and customers, and be able to multi-task efficiently at all times.

As a Ramp Team member who works outside with the airplanes, greeting aircraft crews and passengers, marshaling airplanes in and out, driving up rental cars and crew cars, and taking orders for aircraft services. And don’t worry, training is provided!
