Our manufacturing client in the Itasca, IL area has a direct hire opening for a Customer Service Supervisor/Manager! This company is very stable and has been in business for over 50 years. They are offering a very competitive benefit and salary package.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the Customer Service function for the organization along with a staff of 10 employees.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing, mentoring, training and overseeing a team of 10 employees
• Entering, tracking, maintaining and expediting customer orders
• Assisting with quotation follow up
• Resolving post order customer issues
• Handling escalated customer complaints
• Overseeing the day to day responsibilities of the customer service reps
• Ability to handle multiple tasks as they come up

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Business or related field
• 5+ years of Customer Service Management experience
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
