Overview:

The Customer Success Manager builds and maintains the ongoing customer relationship, providing insight to customer-business interactions and improving the customer experience. The Customer Success Manager will act as the primary liaison between the warehouse operation and the customer with frequent interaction with site leadership and customer contacts to coordinate activity, collaborate on corrective actions and monitor improvement efforts for efficiency, quality and financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Utilization of Warehouse Management System to extract information for measurement of internal and customer specific Key Performance Indicators.
- Utilize data analytic tools to uncover improvement opportunities, identify trends, and build dashboards for presentation of data.
- Daily communication with customer pertaining to inbound receipts, inventory, outbound shipments, forecasting, data integrity, operational metrics, and KPIs
- Mine and analyze data to uncover errors, root cause analysis, identify trends, and improvement opportunities
- Data presentation in dashboards to site leadership and customer contacts to support business cases, operational efficiencies, KPI adherence and improvement gains
- Directly supervise the work of Inventory Control Associates, with authority to take actions and/or make recommendations that are given significant weight with respect to discipline, terminations, and other changes of an associates employment status, often requiring the exercise of discretion and independent judgement.
- Work Closely with General Manager and Operations Manager to Support Staff Development by Cross Training/On-Job Training
Knowledge Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to perform duties safely and accurately in loud environments and high traffic areas (including people and forklifts)
- Ability to work or perform activities in a color coded and organized environment
- Know or be able to learn SAP
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
- Ability to learn additional systems as needed
- Good leadership skills.
- General safety knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience required. (High Jump, SAP)
- Experience with data analytic software (DOMO, PowerBI) preferred
- 3 – 5 years of previous administrative experience is required.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience is required.
- Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Prior RF Unit experience, a plus
