Family-owned family farm looking for Customer Support Specialist to assist with farms store front.

Salary

$19- $22 per hour

Job Type

Full-Time or Seasonal

Shift and schedule

· Monday – Friday

· ½ day on Saturdays during Summer

Experience

· Prior retail experience preferred

· High school graduate/equivalent preferred

· Excellent communication and time management skills

Duties

• Greets visitors/customers who enter the office in an efficient, friendly, and courteous manner and ensures that their requests are handled in a timely manner.
• Provides Administrative support to management team. Works closely with Office Manager.
• Answers incoming telephone calls, directs calls to appropriate person or department.
• Takes message when necessary and sees to the appropriate distribution of all messages.
• Must be able to multi-task and communicate clearly, comprehensively and with integrity.
• Able to perform some physical duties, including lifting more than 20 lbs. if needed.
• Ensure maintenance of reception area orderliness and cleanliness.
• Assist in any other administration and projects as needed.
• Team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
• You must be diligent, highly organized, attentive to detail, and must consistently follow tasks through to completion.

Work Location

Clarence Center, NY (traveling to delivery sites from base location required)
