Responsibilities
- Serve as the project management lead on client engagements
- Single point of contact for client and cross-functional Walker team members
- Develop, maintain, and effectively communicate complex project plans
- Coordinate day-to-day project team activities and communication
- Conduct quality checks throughout the course of project execution
- Provide clients with guidance on basic survey research practices
- Complete all required Walker and Qualtrics training/certification
Education and Experience
- 2+ years’ experience managing projects (ideally CX or market research)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related field required
- Experience with customer feedback platforms (Qualtrics preferred)
- Digital Customer Experience (Digital CX) or User Experience (UX) familiarity preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional project management skills
- Effective communication both verbally and in writing
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Ability to learn new technology used to optimize service delivery
- Comfortable with fluidity/changes in responsibilities across projects
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Personable and strongly demonstrates Walkers’ core values
- Able and willing to travel (25% minimum)
