• Bachelor’s Degree and 15+ years’ experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree.
• Provide analysis, assessments, and recommendations in the field of cyber and with INTEL analysts and trainers to provide comprehensive CEMA expertise.
• Extensive experience in conducting CEMA/EW analysis and test support to include familiarity with Cyber/CEMA injection tools and databases.
• Work with intelligence community and other communities of interest (COI) industry partners to modernize CEMA/EW capabilities and identify mitigations for known and emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
• Responsible for keeping abreast of leading edge CEMA technical and intellectual advancements.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of CEMA effects in complex networks and Multi-Domain Operations (MDO).
• Provide in-depth knowledge of cyber physical and/or embedded systems to include real-time operating systems.
• Experience working with/supporting cyber ranges and other independent cyber assessment sources.
• Possess knowledge of CEMA requirements for developing weapon systems with ability to identify gaps and security vulnerabilities.
• Possess extensive knowledge of denied real and test operational environments.
• Understand Contract Proposal lifecycle and Proficient with various contract types and contract funding strategies.
• Ability to produce ROM costs and forecasts at request from the Government
• Must have Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, communication, presentation, public speaking and organizational skills.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance or higher. Top Secret/SCI preferred.
