Job description

● Manage Datacenter/ Remote Sites and Cloud operations effectively. Ensure all towers health check, Incident handling, Request management and maintenance activities are handled regularly

● Work directly with customer IT Director and their senior managers on a day to day basis

● Accountable for all common activities (SLA reviews, License compliance, Software renewals, Hardware refresh, Password management etc) and ensure these activities are handled proactively

● Review the capacity requirement / hardware sizing (all towers) and collaborate with customer for necessary procurement and addition

● Review technology upgrades/upscale requirements and work with customer/COE teams for necessary recommendation and implementation

● Review and Standardize tools in the environment

● Generate new ideas or improvements time to time and implement for transforming the environment

● Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the both TCS and client organization’s policies and procedures

● Oversee the safety, security, availability, quality, and performance of the team, while driving a positive customer experience.

● Build strategic roadmap for the towers (involving TCS practice teams) and present to customer for necessary adoption

● Mentor, train and develop career progression for direct reports and members of the organization

● Manage fluidity plan for the resource movements and mitigate risks proactively

● Ensure thorough review of all changes getting into production and avoid any outages

● Maintain accurate inventory, review with customer periodically and publish

● Ensure all SOPs and Technical artifacts are prepared and maintained upto date

● Ensure timely compliance of all deliverables (both internal and customer deliverables)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
