As a Data Engineer, you will triage and prioritize incidents and support requests and gather and analyze data to diagnose problems. You will also escalate any unsolvable or high-priority issues to the appropriate team.

• 
  Update shareholders on the incident response and requests
• Change configurations, settings, and permissions
• Install new software and provide routine maintenance updates
• Identify and mitigate issues proactively through capacity planning

To apply for this Data Engineer role, you will need an undergraduate degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related technical field. You will also require the following:

• 
  2-5 years of experience working with complex ETL solutions
• 2+ years of experience in programming languages like Python, Scala, JavaScript, and SQL
• The ability to write complex SQL statements to query heterogeneous big data sets to process, filter, and present large quantities of data
• Knowledge of Snowflake, AWS Athena, and AWS Airflow
• Good understanding of cloud platform concepts, including AWS, such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, and Lambda
