Amsted Graphite Materials, LLC. (AGM) is a manufacturer of specialty graphite products including wheel molds and electrodes for electric arc furnaces. They are located in Anmoore, West Virginia. We are currently looking for a Data Entry Coordinator to maintain accurate records of product formed, noting specific information (date formed, furnace load/unload date). Translates information into electronic forms by compiling and sorting information.
Job Duties
- Make entries on form following specified format and established procedure
- Record furnace numbers loaded or unloaded
- Record delays, describing type, location, etc.
- Reviews inventory adjustments at the process inventory points on a timely basis
- Communicates inventory performance
- Prepares and organizes large amounts of data
- Maintains database by entering new and updated information
- Establishes entry priorities
- Processes source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
- Advise supervisor of any irregularities
- Provide progress reports to process manager
- Performs other duties as required
JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Equivalent to high school education.
- Knowledge of arithmetic, English and grammar.
- Accuracy in checking, posting and operation of standard office equipment.
- Organizational, time management and Self-motivation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent typing, operating an alphanumeric keyboard and numerical skills
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions
- Ability to translate critical information for inputting into database software
- Source data preparation, Understanding of transcribing procedures, Information sorting, Elimination of duplicated information and Analyzing information
- Effective problem solving and documentation skills
