Primary Responsibilities:

• Office Hours - 9:00 am - 12:00pm
• Transferring prepared data from Excel into Quickbooks
• Organize files on database
• Digitize all hard copies into database

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (QuickBooks is a plus but not required)
• Type 50-60 words per minute
• Works well with a team
• Self starting
• Comfortable asking questions
