UKG is seeking a customer focused, highly energetic, and experienced individual to join our Payment Services Team as a Data Operations Representative. Payment Services strives to deliver exceptional quality service and effective communications with our customers. This role is responsible for assisting with client data changes, while exceeding our customers’ expectations. This individual has a strong passion for people, building relationships, ability to effectively multi-task/prioritize, and a keen focus on accurately processing customer requests.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily mail processing and distribution
- Scan, fax and index various document types.
- Print and Process Daily Coupons and Checks
- Print and mail trust checks for prior period payments
- Builds and maintains strong peer relationships within the team and across the organization
- Provide after-hours support as business needs arise
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:- Must be self-motivated
- Expected to work overtime as required during anytime sensitive job assignments
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Case management, auditing, and workflow experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 years related business experience in client services or operations
- General understanding of payroll and payroll tax industry experience
- Experience with data auditing, case management experience, and data control
- Process/operational excellence experience is a plus
