This role supports the missions to Share Christ – Love People by researching and identifying data issues reported by business units, partners, quality assurance team and issue resolution team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build proactive relationship with the business units by understanding their data needs and changes, may include data imports, data analysis and data verification to ensure data will not affect systems or reports
  • Record trends and source of data issues, making identification and corrections of incorrect or corrupt data
  • Assist Business Intelligence Team with Ad-hoc request and data imports
  • Data Research, check source data to verify accuracy of reported issues by the Quality Assurance team and the Issue Resolution team
  • Work with development and Quality Assurance team to ensure new developments that include data are correct with end-to-end testing data flows
  • Data Cleansing, identify errors and corrupt data, correcting or deleting as required, explore ways to implement process changes to enhance data quality and reliability

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with active releases of SQL Server required
  • Technical experience with data collection, query writing and data mining
  • Knowledge of data collection
  • Knowledge of data quality assurance
  • Knowledge of ad design principles
  • Knowledge of data validation and administration
  • Problem solving Skills
  • Ability to motivate and persuade others
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work with all levels of organization
  • Flexibility
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to document processes for future cross training and backup purposes

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required
