Summary

This position will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining enhanced Business Unit and Segment Reporting Capabilities and Dashboards. In depth experience with Business Intelligence (BI) software and reporting packages and Microsoft SQL is required. This individual will also support SyteLine and other ERP system deployments and upgrades.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Develop, plan and implement Business Intelligence (BI) and ERP system deployments and upgrade projects within ACT. Specifically engage in DOMO project in conjunction with Segment Leadership to provide meaningful dashboards and information to assist in the management of the Segment.
• Ongoing management of data connections and data warehouse for the various business units to a centralized dashboard.
• Develop exception reporting in conjunction with Segment Leadership as part of the reporting process. Maintain accuracy of exception reporting.
• Assist with ERP related projects, implementations, and acquisitions support.
• ERP modifications and customizations - Design enhancements, development of customizations, modification of forms, custom SQL queries, and other related processes. Manage and utilize 3rd party consultants as needed to complete some of these requests.
• System Analysis - Review of hosted and on-prem ERP servers and resources that are employed across ACT.
• Moderate travel required for collaboration with the business units and other ARCH IT staff as well as ERP deployment and upgrade projects.

Education, Skills, and/or Experience

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Experience in Information Technology and Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, communication and time management skills.
• Experience managing and implementing large to medium IT/ERP projects spanning across multiple sites, with specific experience in implementation of Business Intelligence Reporting.
• Proficient in ERP software packages and Excel preferred along with underlying SQL software support experience.
• Development of ERP modifications and enhancements in hosted and on-prem single and multi-site environments.
• Ability to analyze and understand business requirements along with technical design and implementation.
• Industry exposure to Manufacturing environments.

Language Skills

• Ability to verbally communicate and write professionally. Explain technical specifications or terminology in everyday language.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
