Job Title: Software Developer
Duration: 4 months CTH
Location: 100% Remote

Provisions access to data applications, including EDW and SAS, for over 900 EDW users.
Provides email-based support, open and maintain tickets in change management systems.
Ensure that all database access request and processes are documented.
Provides email-based support for systems performance and status, data issue resolution and interpretation, and a variety of data querying and analysis tools.
Ensure that database access request, processes and support activities are meeting information security policies and that documentation is being maintained.
Open and maintain tickets in both enterprise and department change management systems to ensure timely processing and approvals.
Provides assistance for IT operations using both enterprise and department system monitoring tools.
Create documentation of key business processes and evidence capture, and lead interaction with internal and external auditors as required to maintain regulatory charters.

Job requirements:
SQL (Structured Query Language) skills perferred
Excellent verbal, written and inerpersonal communication skills
Excellent ability to identify and resolve issues and problems
Familiar with Service Now
Familiar with Active Directory
Familiar with Excel

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
