• Organizes products/materials staged for delivery.
• Safe operation of all delivery vehicles, following DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Loads products/materials for delivery into delivery vehicle in a safe and orderly fashion.
• Accurate delivery of products/materials to customers in an efficient, courteous and timely manner.
• Returns medication and/or product to pharmacy within constraints of Senior Care Pharmacy’s Return Policy and Federal /State Regulations.
• Responsible for documentation of current mileage in order to facilitate proper maintenance of vehicles. Responsible for reporting issues with vehicles promptly to Production Supervisor.
• Maintains delivery manifests in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Provides on-call coverage for emergency deliveries as scheduled by manager.
• May be responsible for maintaining custodial duties of general area at Senior Care.
• Responsible for the care of all company provided equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Consistently work cooperatively with residents, staff, volunteers, and families to ensure residents are receiving the best quality care.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current, valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.
• Two (2) years driving experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to work independently.
• Must have general knowledge of geographical areas where customers are located; and be able to read a map. Must be able to drive for long periods of time.
• Must be flexible with working hours-including nights and weekends.
• Must be able to read, speak, and understand the English language.
• Other educational/vocational requirements as determined by management.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and oral directions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Possess the ability to communicate effectively and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
