Ownership of total customer demand forecast for the Americas region of Mammotome, including the US, Canada, Latin America and Southeast Asia. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Finance leadership to gain consensus on the bottom-up unit forecast. Work with the Global Supply Chain team in Europe and Asia to aggregate the global demand signals and update the necessary models needed to report our global forecast metrics.

Responsibilities
Maintain the Global Unit based forecast submission file, capturing the monthly sales forecast by Region
Use negotiation skills and indirect influence to identify and gain consensus on the correct demand signals
Leverage data to identify trends and variances that need to be factored into future forecasts and support team members with the subsequent changes
Conduct Regional reviews for the Biopsy and Operating Room product portfolios with Commercial Marketing, Sales and Operations leadership
Aggregate the unit demand forecast and the revenue forecast and align with the Financial revenue plan
Upload final forecasts into ERP system (SAP) monthly
Qualifications
BS degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent
2+ years of relevant experience
Able to focus on what is most important, knowing which problem to work on and which problems to de-prioritize
Ability to review high level metrics and dive into the details where appropriate to solve
Ability to escalate issues to leadership when misalignment between Commercial and Operations persists
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with forecasting software
Experience with SAP
Education in statistics
APICS certification
Previous experience with a medical device company
Familiarity with TEAMs and SharePoint
