We are seeking an Orthodontic/Dental/Medical Receptionist to be the friendly face to our clinic. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills to join our team.

The Dental Receptionist will greet patients and answer questions about their appointments. The position also requires data entry and other clerical work. A strong candidate for this position will be reliable, possess strong communication skills and enjoy working with orthodontic patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and customers.
• Answer phone calls in a courteous manner and direct them appropriately.
• Anticipate patient needs and help patients feel comfortable.
• Use a computer to schedule appointments, check in patients, or process insurance claims.
• Perform dental office support functions until qualified for other positions in the practice.
• Be willing to train for additional duties as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
